Our department was established within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Aksaray University. The language of instruction is Turkish and there is no preparatory class. The department admitted its first students in 2013-2014 Fall semester with additional placement. Almost all of our quota has been filled with 39 students for undergraduate education and 38 students for secondary education, with a total of 77 students. It was founded by an Associate Professor, three Assistant Professors and a Lecturer. In addition to these instructors, experienced faculty members of the Faculty of FEAS and the Faculty of Engineering support our courses. Our department, which has expanded its staff with the academic staff who joined us, has 493 undergraduate students as of the 2017-18 academic year, Department of Management Information Systems has taken students for graduate education in the 2015-16 Fall semester.
